As a Certified Ayurveda Practitioner, Holistic Health Coach, and Somatic Embodied Movement Facilitator, I've walked this healing path both personally and professionally. My own 10-year journey with autoimmune disease and mysterious chronic illness became my greatest teacher. Move To Heal has supportive practices for anyone who would like to gain more energy, strength, stability, and connection with their body. These slower paced, intentional movements allow the space for healing on any level (mental, spiritual, emotional, physical) to take place.  Q: I'm currently in a flare-up. Can I still participate? A: Absolutely. We have specific "flare-friendly" sessions designed for high-sensitivity periods with minimal movement that still provide benefits. Once purchased, please see the attached How To Guide for support.  Q: I have very limited mobility. Will this work for me? A: Maybe, there are several practices that have seated and lying down options. You will need to be able to be on the floor or on a bed. You know your body best, don't ever push past your limits.  Q: How is this different from regular yoga or gentle exercise? A: Unlike general programs, Move To Heal was born out of a need to support a healing body. We avoid movements that can trigger inflammation and focus on slow pacing to support immune regulation.  Q: Will this replace my medical treatment? However every body is unique, and healing isn't linear.
